By accessing or using Postlist (the "Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms in full, you are prohibited from using the Service.

2. Service Description

Postlist provides a tool that aggregates LinkedIn posts from specified profiles into a daily feed to enable users to engage strategically. The Service does not offer any guarantee of results or lead generation.

3. User Obligations and Restrictions

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when signing up.
• You are fully responsible for your actions while using the Service.
• You may not use Postlist to scrape LinkedIn or violate LinkedIn's Terms of Service.
• You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, spam, harassment, impersonation, or other abusive behavior.
• Misuse of the Service or attempting to reverse-engineer or manipulate it in any way will result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

4. Free Early Access

Postlist may offer free early access in exchange for feedback. Postlist reserves the right to revoke free access at any time without notice or reason. No obligation exists to provide continued free access.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, design, graphics, and content, are owned by Postlist or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

Postlist is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Postlist shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits arising out of your use of the Service.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Postlist, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law.

8. Termination

Postlist reserves the unilateral right to suspend or terminate your account, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without cause or notice. No refunds will be provided for terminated accounts.

9. Amendments

Postlist reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
